Mark your calendars, we are excited to announce the 9th annual Sugar Daddy Race will return on June 14, 2025, to kick off Father's Day Weekend by running a race through the beautiful Santa Clarita Valley paseos and historic Iron Horse bridge.

The Sugar Daddy Race features a mostly flat and very fast course for all distances. During California State Parks Week on June 14 and 15, celebrate with Raven Magpie Rivera (Cheyenne/Sioux), a creative jewelry maker particularly noted for her beadwork. Visitors interested in a hands-on experience can purchase beading kits from Raven, and she will teach them how to create their own beaded keepsake. COST: $3 for ages 13 and older, free for children 12 and under. *California fourth grade students attending a public school and their families can attend for free with the California State Parks Adventure Pass Park.
